Transformational Problem Solving

“The measure of success is not whether you have a tough problem to deal with, but whether it is the same problem you had last year.” ~ John Foster Dulles, Former US Secretary of State.

Businesses and interpersonal relationships fail because of poor problem solving. This is often due to either problems not being clearly understood; or are understood but not dealt with appropriately. In today’s fast changing business environment, we face problems daily which are becoming increasingly more complex and multi-faceted.

Problem-solving mastery for leaders at all levels is crucial to growth and sustained performance.

They will reflect on and understand their own problem solving beliefs; and in turn learn to identify a solution and set an action plan to solve their own problem.

Outcomes

At the end of the 2-day workshop, participants will:

  • Focus on creating action through any presentation
  • Learn a simple framework that can be used to develop any effective communication.
  • Improve all aspects of their personal presentation style from body language, to voice projection to the use of media.
  • Gain confidence in dealing and interacting with an audience.

Participants

Transformative Problem Solving Workshop is relevant for mid-level managers or executives who are from all functions within the company. It is designed for all ‘people executives’, who through the course of their work or project management, need to solve complex problems with different teams, people and organisational levels.
